The ice cream was definitely the highlight of our experience. Our cashier looked like they hated their job, and had a slight attitude towards us. The shop itself has so much potential, but it was extremely dirty. Not to mention there was still valentine’s day desserts in the dessert display and a few valentine’s day decorations. Ice cream is ice cream, everyone is always excited for ice cream. Don’t recommend if you want a happy experience and good vibes while getting your cold treat.

I’ve been wanting to try Shake N Cow for over two years, and I finally made the 30 minute drive… only to be completely disappointed. First, half the ice cream tubs were empty. They don’t even make the ice cream in‑house, so why not refill them? Second, their “crazy shakes” let you pick a topper — except apparently not on a Friday night at 7 PM. They had nothing available except a piece of cheesecake (and who knows how long that was there). The girl told me they “just made brownies but they’re for tomorrow.” Honestly, if the morning staff is supposed to prep for the evening, they didn’t do their job either. On top of that, the front door was filthy, and the place overall didn’t feel clean. After waiting this long and being so excited, I can confidently say I’ll never go back. I drove for absolutely nothing!!

I paid too much for an incomplete order thru Uber eats and gave a good tip. I only got a $2 credit, which is confusing since the pint of ice-cream I didn't receive was $11. I blame both the location and the driver. The receipt clearly shows the missing item, however the driver didn't confirm and when I called Shake N Cow, they couldn't verify what happened. Asked me to hold for a second, I could hear the conversation and never returned to the phone. Additionally the part of the order I did receive was incorrect. Lol lesson learned, what a waste of money. No accountability and no apology. Never again.

Loved how they were down to make something new if it wasn't exactly on the menu. Also liked how for the children they had face painting and balloon animals for kids free every Friday night. One thing I would recommend though is possibly getting laminated menus for each table for easier viewing purpose or even post clearer pictures of the menu online. Besides that everything else was good. The service was very nice.

Heard good things about this place, so we decided to give it a try. The place has really cute decor and was very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was nice to see all the staff wearing masks during this crazy time. The entire family loved all of the products. The birthday cake ice cream is one of the best cake flavored ice creams I’ve had. I got it in a shake and it was amazing. I’d highly recommend this place and we will be going back again for seconds .. and probably thirds..
